Has anyone tried a front splitter in a Gen 2 for lower drag?

That's interesting that it was only on 62 kWh cars. Maybe that has something to do with the battery pack hanging 40mm lower than the smaller ones?

    Monster Leaf

Looks absolutely amazing! I'm looking forward to videos of the Monster Leaf absolutely shredding some sand!

Has anyone tried a front splitter in a Gen 2 for lower drag?

An air dam like the Chevy Volt might be the most sensible option: Though the Volt has a much less aerodynamic undercarriage than the Leaf, it's possible the gains from the drag reduction will be outweighed by the increased frontal area. Being a frequent lurker on Ecomodder has taught me one...

Need steel wheels, Where can I buy them?

I think at least the Juke, Sentra and Versa have pretty much the same suspension as the Leaf. IIRC Altima and Maxima spare wheels fit the Leaf so their normal wheels should as well. And I know for a fact the Rogue Sport ( or Qashqai as it’s known this side of the pond) ships with identical...

Central console start-up view - is it configurable?

I usually just press the "Status" button when on the nag screen. I don't know how it effects CarWings/etc. as mine has never worked.

Central console start-up view - is it configurable?

The nag screen needs to be dismissed anyway, just press the button for any view/menu you want there.

[MOD] Leaf Ze1 Steering wheel to EU Leaf Ze0

What was the modification to make the wheel work? And how do the media controls map? I might be interested in doing this myself.

    Android Headunit for ZE1 Leafs

Is it the Unavi? Keep in mind that's only designed for the S trim Leaf, which does not have those features anyway.

    6.6 kw charger on 2013 S model.

Nope, the wires do go straight to the PDM, however part of them (between the Chademo port and the block connector show on the video) is not there on non-QC cars, Dala just bypassed that part. The VCM wiring is a bit of a hack but functionally identical to a stock car with QC.

    53kw CATL Upgrade on 2013 Leaf S

It's made to mimic a normal automatic transmission car. It might be possible to remove with some advanced canbus trickery but it seems nobody has done it successfully yet.

    2016 audio wiring schmetic

The service manual for 2015 should be close enough, see here: https://www.nicoclub.com/service-manual?fsm=Leaf%2F2015%2Fav.pdf

Best locations to access CAN Bus

The ZE1 leafs don't have straight access through the OBD port to the CAN busses like the earlier ones did. OVMS people have been working on getting data, see here: https://github.com/openvehicles/Open-Vehicle-Monitoring-System-3/issues/323

    Making a LEAF ... GT?

Take a look at Dala’s inverter upgrade: https://github.com/dalathegreat/Nissan-LEAF-Inverter-Upgrade that can get you up to 160kW

    Dealer Bricked my Leaf?

A infotainnent system upgrade would geit you quite far, being an S trim it is actually possible. Also sound deadening will help for sure.
