    2013-2014 bar losers and capacity losses

    My 2013 Leaf SL still charges up to full bars, But the battery only holds 16kW! I'm wondering if they've reprogrammed the system so the bars just don't go away, because mine should be missing 4 bars. I know this because I also have a 2015 that I bought new, and I am very familiar with the way...
