My offer from Stone Mountain was much better than most others.

I didn't have to pay the $200 Georgia EV fee when I bought out the lease in December. It seems that many others have reported that they had to pay it before their birthdays when purchasing.

Don"t know about 2014, but there were big discounts on 2015 models in December.

I e-mailed all the local dealers about a buyout of my 2015 SV expiring this month. Offers varied greatly, but I took one for $9000, more than $7300 off my reserve of $16,326. I had to pay a $699 processing fee and finance.

I think you can go to any dealer, but your car may have to be there so they can verify the odometer reading. Maybe this varies by state law.

Would you mind saying what dealer you used? I am not getting a very good offer from Atlanta dealers on my 2015 expiring this month. So far they are adding substantial fees.

Thanks for the information. Do I have to go to the dealer where I leased the Leaf or and can I go to any Nissan dealer?
