The dash indicator is obvious. The battery is toast. 9 bars is still considered a good battery. This one has three. It has close to a full charge yet shows 29 miles. Should be more like 80 to 90 with a normally depleted battery. At 100K my 2016 had 9 bars. However we babied it and got over 5...
It is junk. I wouldn't take it if given away. I just sold a 2016 with 9 bars of health for $6k. Could still reliably get around a hundred miles and that was a 30kwh battery vehicle driven at 50 mph on the freeway. I averaged over 5 miles per kwh.
Had two Leafs. Gave the 24 to son, who drove 36 hours to Portland from San Francisco. 60 miles at a time, up the 101. He is happily using it on snow days to avoid biking in the snow. The 30 was sold for 6k. Great vehicles, but you have to know when to move on. We now own Teslas. Unless you can...
I am selling my 30kw 2016 for $7500. 98k on the clock and 9 bars of health. Get about 1 mile per percent driven slooowly. I think you have your car priced right. I am in San Francisco.
http://www.recargo.com/sites/7996" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I just used this charger off San Antonio Rd in Palo Alto. It was free. One other Leaf was there. The family was playing on Intuit's shop bicycles. I had 50% charge and it went to 80% in about 10 minutes. Easy...
I just used Intuit's QC off San Antonio Rd. Saturday afternoon. No one was there but one family (with a new Leaf)that used the QC before us and were playing on Intuit's shop bicycles. The charge was free. We had 50% charge and it went to 80% in about 10 minutes. Didn't seem to move our pack...
One other thing is Charge point headquarters are at 85 & 17 freeways. I've been to Creekside and that's too close in my opinion and too far off the freeway. Also I don't seem to have a very good Quick charge map. Lawrence Rhodes....
I'm wondering if there is data on the use of QC? How many minutes without heat build up? Nissan warns of using it more than once a day for a full charge. I'm pretty confident if I go down 101 from San Francisco at 45mph in the slow lane with cruise control on I'd easily make it. The idea of...
So drive from San Francisco. Slowly. Have half your bars left by the time you reach the summit. Regen down Summit Road to Old San Jose Rd. Fast chargers were mentioned. Maybe I need a little more detail. Lawrence Rhodes........
Has anyone made the trip from San Francisco to Santa Cruz. That's my current question. I have a place lined up to charge for free. Just wanted to hear another person's experience. Is there a forum for local knowledge and trip experiences? Lawrence Rhodes...
