I bought my S with the charger upgrade Sept 12. The heater unit is shot-went out Nov 3. The dealer gave me instructions to call Nissan. The problem appears to be widespread as Nissan has provided me a caseworker!! So far, he has called when he said he would. No answers on the fix today but...
