    Wonder why pulling the battery terminal helps? Or do you only reset it after you've fully charged the car with a battery tender? I'll give this a try in a couple hours and report back.

    Not having done this myself yet, is there a diagram of the fuse box somewhere? I haven't even cracked it open so maybe it's obvious. Which is the audio fuse? Edit: Pulled the "AUDIO/MIRROR" fuse in the driver side dash fuse box (left column, second from the top) and replaced after 5 minutes...

    This is the first I've heard of this solution. Prior to pulling the fuse, were you able to connect from the car at all? I can connect from the car, but not from the web or the app (which defeats 90% of the purpose of owning this).

    Just got a call from Nissan saying they're still working on it and it's escalated. Sounds like it's impacting quite a few leaf owners (which aligns with this board). No ETA, but would call me as soon as any fixes are made.

    Sounds like they're trying to charge you extra money for an 'inspection' that isn't needed. The only thing they would maybe need to do is confirm that the TCU you have is actually a 2G TCU, but that should be obvious as it's a 2013 model year leaf.     I just called in and had it escalated. Took about 10 minutes to go through all the troubleshooting before they opened a case number for the techs at Nissan. Might hear back by Thursday.

    I tested this morning, and I can actually download charging stations from within the car. I even got a Google "parked car update" when I got coffee this morning. Still no luck with the ios app or web portal though. Times out every time yet. Refreshing or sending climate control update.

    I can connect in the car with a successful connection (signing in), but can't use the web or ios apps. Times out, or errors when trying. Going on 3 days now.
