I've notices that BMS updates to SOH, when they occur, usually take two or three days. I've also had basically flat SOH over the past 16 months. Doesn't look like Nissan will be doing many battery replacements under warranty for this generation of Leafs.

IMHO it would be fairer to bill for whichever is more expensive. You want a disincentive for folks using DC chargers to reach 100% SOC.
