There is. The state of Colorado has a grant program and will pay for like up to 80% of L2 and L3 stations installation costs for non-profits or multiunit landlords.

I've been meaning to visit the Silverthorne outlets, and *think* I can do it on a single charge, charging in Frisco, but I'm gathering data points.

Note that this is just for June. We're in the April-June Electric Commodities Adjustment period and in the Summer June-September rates. So rates change in July.
