Don't understand your logic. The breaker should be rated less than the wire and the receptacle greater than the breaker. And it's perfectly safe.

Still not the best you can get in my opinion. I got $1000 down + $250/month all included for an SV + QC. I as a principle never get pre-paid maintenance.
