Did anyone see this weeks Chicago Fire??? A leaf crashed and the electricity was sparking all over....then they cut a panel from the rear quarter and used a bolt cutter on the orange wire assembly. I thought that when in an accident all power cuts off. Was this real or "Hollywood"?

I have a pearl white 2012 SL with under 26k......just lost bar #4 .....I get 60 miles at best with a level 2 charge....slightly more when using level 1 charger. But I usually loose 15 miles immediately within a 2-3 mile trip. My regen is barely there....went to trade it in and was offered...

Ok....really disappointed at Nissan Service.... They told me they would have to destroy my interior door panel to get door open....I found a door panel on EBay and bought it....a friend who is a locksmith asked me to try his luck in opening the door....well in 15 min he had it open....Nissan did...

Dealer did not know how to get it off without wrecking the panel, and they quoted me 585.00 for a new inside panel. Body shop also suggested getting a panel. I did find one on EBay, same color as mine for $100.00 I assume it is the door actuator This is a 2012 and out of warranty.

My 2012 lost bar number 3 with 22,000 miles on it....now I am keeping it outside in the hot Las Vegas sun, and letting it go as low as I can before charging. When I drive I am flooring it for bursts and letting it regenerate to heat it up. I called Henderson Nissan to do its yearly battery...
