Is a truck rental company like Penske also rent that equipment?

A friend of mine has also a Leaf and he is thinking about moving from Atlanta to South Florida. He will probably rent a big Penske truck for his move. What would be the cheapest option for him to move his Leaf down to Florida? Thanks !
