All of those are blank for me... because (it says) that I need to accept the terms... Which it will not allow me to! I was actually impressed how smooth everything with CARWINGS... my first weekend with the car... then Monday happened.

Having same issue here... Web Portal did not have my car, added the car, but it will not allow me to accept the terms for CARWINGS... Called Nissan, they said they have to re-sync my car ID's to the account. Could take until Friday... :(
