    WAY over complicated!!

    I too have the GE $399 EVSE! Terrific unit at best cost out there. I have had mine in operation for over a year now, and it just rocks! Simple to install and use, I plug in early afternoon when I get home from work, then have my 7.5 kW Solar System charge the car for free!

    Why temporarily fix the problem, just replace the battery and fix the problem, I did not have to pull power from TCU, just renter ID/Psswd, give it 30 minutes or so, check NissanConnect, should be working! Mine was FIXED! Good Luck!

    Geeze, I have had my 7.5 kW system since 2006, and I go up once a month and wash the whole system down. I have a monitoring system, and in the 40 minutes it takes, I regain 600 to 1.1kW of power back. For me, it's mandatory, and I have a flat roof with 60 panels! It's all about the sun baby...
