    Greetings! I have a Solar Array as well as a L2 charger. In eastern MA, Eversource offers a time of use rate for electricity for peak and off peak. It would seem this is a better deal due to providing surplus to the grid, from the solar, during peak and charging my Leaf off-peak. Anyone...
