When I was dealing with dealer, they did say the "grid" changed from Feb to March. Unfavorable for many. Based on year, original lease term and expiration date I believe. My part of the grid actually got better by $400!!

So after signing the papers and before sending back via FedEx, I got call that Nissan increased incentive for March. Final buyout:$3600 + $299 dealer doc + $240 registration, tags.

Ok so I got more numbers. The buyout amount is $16,629 and the inventive amount is $11,025. That seems really good. Wonder if NMAC is now offering $12k and the dealer is keeping the difference. Anyone get an incentive of $11k on a 2013?
