Another update: I am now over 137,596 miles on my replacement battery and I lost my second Capacity Bar (10 out of 12). I'm still charging 100% during the week and 80% on the weekend. No issues making it to work and back on a single charge, but I usually only have one or two bars left...

Another update. I am now over 116,637 miles on my replacement battery and I finally lost my first Capacity Bar (11 out of 12). I'm still charging 100% during the week and 80% on the weekend. This is a dramatic difference in battery capacity from my original battery.

Another update. I am now over 100,000 miles and I STILL have 12 Capacity Bar's. The replacement battery is working great! I'm still charging 100% during the week and 80% on the weekend.

A quick update. (Details about my case are located in my edited first post.) Since my battery replacement on September 2015, I'm just over 86,000 miles and I haven't lost a capacity bar. I'm charging to 100% on the week day's and 80% on the weekend's.

The BBB decisions are considered the end of the arbitration process. The next step would a lawsuit. I was concerned that Nissan wouldn't honor the BBB decision to replace my battery, but they contacted me shortly after the decision and replaced the battery.

I received a response from the BBB which states, "There is nothing confidential about your case or the decision." If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, since I am happy to share or help in anyway.

From what I read in the decision, I'm not sure what I can and cannot share publicly. So I don't know if I can go into detail yet. I'm waiting on getting more information about what can be shared beyond what I've already posted.

Regardless of what the legal agreement says, Individual cells are not being replaced. Their Nissan Leaf technician's are trained to only replace the entire battery pack and they are only given a full battery pack.
