For the last week or so my radio has stopped displaying song information. It does still show station and program details, just not song information. Is there a setting for this please?

I've just paid £175 to update the maps in my 2015 LEAF Acenta. The map is EV NAVI Mid Europe - V5. The original version was 2014-15. The version I received yesterday was 2018-19. I asked Nissan if this was the latest version and they said it was, but a new one is expected by the end of the year...
