    {Seattle/Puget Sound} DCFC location/status tracking chatter.

TAHOMA MARKET - although not officially online - CHARGED ME! i plugged in at 11:11 PM, Feb 16th and it worked as other Blink DCFC's have for me in other locations. Bremerton >> Fife >> North Seattle oh so sweet. :o  :P

DC Fast Chargers are Back on the BlinkMap

Seattle is dealing with similar issues. We have 2 DCFC's that have been in the ground for close to a month:Totem Lake (or more:Fife) and haven't been powered on and now a third:Bellevue College - in which they are all dealing with dead screens, un-responsive touch, one side completely down...

    {Seattle/Puget Sound} DCFC location/status tracking chatter.

I'm curious about this Fife unit going online, as it would come in real handy for a number of drives I do a year... I feel like that lady in the old Mervyn's commercial: "OPEN OPEN OPEN." Tahoma Market FB Page I think I would use that Totem Lake / Kirkland Fred Meyer location as well, but not...

    {Seattle/Puget Sound} DCFC location/status tracking chatter.

These DCFC units have been in the ground for a while now... They are in good locations for maximizing distance drives and wanted to see more discussion around their launch. I would really like to hear that Fife is online today, for a drive I'm doing this weekend.

ICEless in Seattle : Official Pacific NorthWest thread

don't forget current ambient temperatures wreak havoc on our Leaf battery packs. they drain much faster. I did a drive from N.Seattle to the airport and back last night, and pretty much used up the entire pack (with climate on most of the way home.) In the summer/fall, this 45 mile roundtrip...

    {Seattle/PacNW} 3 Pass Blast: a DCFC "mini-rally" ~250 miles

with the recent launch of a few DCFC's in the Seattle area, a member of Seattle Nissan LEAF Owners group on Facebook (LINK: FB/groups/seattlenissanleaf) set off with 100% from Issaquah, up to Snoqualmie Pass @ 3,022' on a reconnaissance drive. after a successful charge, he continued on to...

Official EV Project / Ecotality / free charger thread

great, thanks for the clarification. I'm just hoping to get the best out-of-pocket cost ... and i'm befuddled with my current estimate, considering the remaining work is: (permit) connect wires, mount evse, then "commission" unit. $250 admin fee... sheesh.

oh sorry, I guess I was ass-uming and adding in the $400 project credit, to get to $1000-ish. $697-$400 credit = $297 out of pocket?

Official EV Project / Ecotality / free charger thread

thanks for the info! so their work was still coming in at $1,000 - correct? what all did they complete, considering you did a bulk of the work upfront (or in their estimate: $732.60 worth of work) ... i can't imagine all the work you did was "only" worth $732, specially considering your out of...

I'm in Seattle too, but my new quote from McKinstry does not reflect a line item of $250 from SPX (what is that?). Care to share what work was done in your garage and the cost? I'm currently working with them to get the installer out sometime soon, but hoping to get some of the work done ahead...

Blue Leaf spotted in Redmond Town Center

Campbell-Nelson up in Edmonds should treat you right for service. But Nissan of the Eastside (Bellevue) has a service tech named Aaron who frequents the Seattle Area Nissan LEAF group on FB, and many folks on there have given him top reviews. He also provides some good info from time to time...

    Seattle Area; NEW DCFC Announcement

Once the North Bend unit moves forward, connecting that link to the new AV unit that is installed (but not currently active) up at Snoqualmie Pass is going to be nice. Specially partnered with the additional unit at Bellevue [Community] College. I-90 never looked so good!

ICEless in Seattle : Official Pacific NorthWest thread

I think the Lake City one was accurate on the map on Tuesday, when I used it. The right port had a hand written "out of order" sticky-note on it, and when I tested it, it wouldn't read/recognize my card. the left port was working and if I remember right, the Blink iOS app showed: 1 Ready/ 1...

    Bellevue Nissan DCQC

sounds like the DCFC (DCQC) at Nissan of the Eastside isn't currently operational, they are waiting on a 2nd unit and will be installing the 2 of them at the same time. along with additional L2's

    Bellevue Nissan DCQC

looks like a few of those comments on PlugShare were made before the DCFC went in. according to Aaron (a service tech there, focused on the LEAF) the AV unit was provided to them by Nissan. Doesn't seem to be a unit installed for the electric highway from what I understand. Last info Aaron...
