car smells going up hills when i push it a bit

HI everyone. Just wondering if anyone has had this before. When i go up a hill at around 110-115km/h my car starts to smell (kind of like a petrol one when something smells likes it overheating) Any ideas??

Also today a very big warning sign flashed on the screen (took up nearly the whole dash) - only for a couple of seconds and gone so couldnt get a pic.

The Leaf DOES have a cooling system and uses the same antifreeze that other cars do. So first thing is to check your coolant reservoir. Look in the owners manual for where to find it and how to fill it.
