So proportionally, that's the equivalent of selling about 75k vehicles in the US.
Well the first 10k reservations are made for the US!. How many Leafs will the US get on the first batch?
Yesterday the Leaf was presented in Amsterdam. The price will be €32.839,- in Holland including the battery pack and 19% VAT.
Reservations are possible from July 1st. The first Leafs will be ready for delivery in December for Holland and Portugal.
A company car in Amsterdam will be €13.839,- because of incentives!! (€19.000,-) And if your company is paying the cost for leasing
the driver doesn't have to pay extra aggregation. (free translation) For a Prius for example you have to add 14% of the price of the
car to your income/incometax. You also have 20 and 25% levels for gas/diesel cars.
Prices for England and Ireland: €29.995,- respectively €27.400,- (I do not know if this is ex- or including the 2011 5000,- pound incentive)
Remarkably only 1 choice in package and it will be the luxurious version. (Like SL)
UK en Ireland will get the Leaf beginning 2011. Denmark June 2011. Other EU countries 2012.
Edit: It seems that Dutch leasing companies. (They can use the incentive) And government agencies are already trying to reserve hundreds of Leafs before the reservation open up on July 1st.
Edit2:
The Epyon TERRA 50 kW fast charging station connected to the NISSAN Leaf.
Take a look at this charger, it looks like it is connected to the TEPCO DC charge port with some kind of adapter for the Mennekess charge plug.
