Is the waffle plate on the i-miev identical and interchangeable with the leaf?

Good question. I strongly suspect that they are identical; the numbers on the PCB silk screen match up exactly. But that's not definitive.

I happen to have an iMiEV Waffle Plate™ handy; it has this small sticker on it:



I would guess that 0136 following "No." would be a serial number. 5Q03 seems like it might be a manufacturing location and/or date code. So I'd guess that the top string would be the part number. The QR code contains the other three alphanumeric strings, other than "No.". How does that compare with what you have on your Waffle Plate?
