Nissan EV Sports Car- "Smart Grid 3D Theater" at CEATEC 2010

I was looking through some of the videos on the Nissan Zero Emission site and came across this video (go to 3 minutes in):

So is the vehicle design being used in the "Smart Grid 3D Theater" at CEATEC 2010 just for fun or does it preview a Nissan electric sports car concept, or even production vehicle?

The sports cars shown are likely just "placeholders" do demonstrate Nissans 20 year vision for EV's. Does look a bit like the Essence concept though. It is an interesting pair of videos though and I like the way Nissan is thinking. Wireless charging, charging lanes, charge sharing etc. A very subtle thing I did notice was how Nissan shows a LEAF pretty much parked inside a living room. No smell so why not?! It really is a very clean vehicle and I guess about as dirty as a pair of typical shoes. Interesting visions. :ugeek:
