How many natural gas-fueled airplanes have you seen? Nope, me either.

Thank you for relieving my guilt. I just got through booking a flight!

You do realize this topic has zero to do with climate change, right? It does have to do with dead animals, contaminated water, and people with health problems. Do you really think this is a joke?

The methane being released has a lot to do with climate change. Less directly, the 'mentality of plenty' that the fracking boom has produced, justified or not, is going to result in more CO2 entering the atmosphere in the future.

Of course it does, Leftie - but this thread is about the US's first legal finding that fracking for natural gas is harming people and property values. There are plenty of other places to look at the climate ramifications.

What a shame. I've met a number of Texans who seem downright proud of the laxity of environmental enforcement in their state.
I noticed you're still working with polymers.

$3 million..? peanuts for the oil czars. And they are appealing. I guess two zeros should have been added to that.

Yup. Just as I've met Californians that lament the layers upon layers of regulation and the relatively insane price of fuel. ;)

Texas is a red state because of Gerrymandering. This, too, shall be overcome.
