I came across this the other day and thought it was pretty entertaining and informative. I have to admire guys like this. I have a fair amount of mechanical knowledge, but I wouldn't be brave enough to attempt something like this if I had the room, time or tools at my disposal!
The first video is disassembling the pack, and the second is adapting it to his Cushman 3 wheeler. They are long videos, so grab a beverage before you sit down to watch them.

Needs some wheelie bars on that old Cushman!

If that guy was any more Canadian, he would be tapping the maple trees out back.

Apparently old new or no one finds it as intriguing as I do.
I'm sure it's great, however I'm smart enough to know that I'm NOT smart enough or have the skills to contemplate such a project.

I doubt that smart is the problem, it's knowledge and skill; both of which I am lacking in compared to this guy. I do love watching guys that make it look easy like he does, though.

I want to buy a salvaged Leaf to get the batteries for home battery storage, personally. Maybe when I get my new job, I'll have the extra cash for that plus my Model 3.
