Is Nissan's Live chat fake? I don't think it really passes the Turing test. It sure didn't when I asked a question. Does anyone have any experience that positively proves there's human there, even if it's just some of the time?

I've probably had 5 or 6 live chat experiences and it is definitely a real person. There are times when their scripting is limited, but they definitely respond to my questions.

Try the very old "clasic" Eliza:
