I believe you can cancel your Reservation on-line at NissanUsa.com after logging into your account. Presumably, that would trigger a refund to your credit card.
Failing that, you could call LEAF Customer Service at 1-877-664-2738 and ask them nicely to help you to Cancel your Reservation.

Or, you could keep the reservation and possibly find someone else in your area who is interested. Nissan is no longer taking reservations, so it might be worth keeping, even if you don't want the Leaf, it could at least be used to get your prefered dealer a Leaf to sell. You can get the $99 back anytime, even up to delivery...
