I figured I see what the big deal was with local Nissan dealer sending me an email about great Memorial Day specials.
I asked what the out the door cost would be to trade my 4,000 mile, 7 month old SL leaf for a 2016 SL. The quote was my car plus $22,500 and I could get the new one. They were giving my $15,000 trade value for my 2015.
I countered with an offer of no more that $10,000 plus mine. After the $7,500 tax credit my real cost would have been $2,500. They wouldn't budge and still wanted $22,500. Crazy!!!!
