The LADWP rebate program for EVSEs has been extended, and expanded to include commercial establishments.

The residential program grants a $750 rebate, and some more bennies if you participate in their TOU program.

The new commercial program grants $750 for wall mounted and $1000 for pedestal mounted EVSEs.

The website, http://www.ladwp.com/EV" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; has not yet been updated to reflect the new program. My source is Bloomberg's daily environment report. I would include a link, but it's behind a paywall.

I'd be more excited if it was QC stations... I find L2 to be of limited value and as battery sizes continue to grow, it is only going to become more so with the limited current capability EVSEs being installed...

I think that LA city is pushing real hard to get EVSE in place. I found this link https://www.ladwp.com/ladwp/faces/ladwp/commercial/c-gogreen/c-gg-driveelectric
Los Angeles has installed DC fast chargers all over 17 or more that I know of. I am sure if their is a location that we feel needs a charger call LADWP.
If we want the down town location open the weekends and after hours call LADWP.

I found the new program for LADWP Charge up LA program. It looks good down to $500 dollars for home. The commercial side looks real good $2000 for the install, also it includes all LADWP power system and parts of the Owens valley. So if we call RV parks and businesses in the Owens valley maybe we can get some chargers put in. I think DWP has power service from Inyokern CA to Bishop CA. this would help put Mammoth lakes in range of LA. It would help close the gap to Reno/ Tahoe area.

LADWP is larger then LA city. They run the LA aqueduct, and provide power to the Owens Valley.
