I have been attempting to do some research on power providers in Texas. I found this site: http://powerscorecard.org. The ratings seem to be dated circa 2006. Are these ratings legitimate: http://powerscorecard.org/allprod.cfm?state_cd=TX&territory_id=22? Green Mountain scores low on their new renewable and environmental impact. Are there any other sources of ratings out there? I am in the Oncor provider area.
