PG&E tries again to modify/remove E9 rate

They're back!

PG&E has "addressed" comments on its proposal to remove tiering from the E-9 rate structure...by getting rid of E-9!

That's a little hyperbole, as they would replace it with an new rate called EV, but the same nuts and bolts, and problems, are there as in the original proposal.

I really have not had a chance to digest it or formulate any response to what I've seen so far.

Page 4 of the PDF, which has the rate structure, is blurred out. All others are crystal clear. Hmmm...
