Received Email from Nissan about EVSE...

I've received the following email from Nissan and when I click on the link, it just takes me to my account. I'll contact Nissan tomorrow, but does anyone know what this is about or received similar email?

Got in touch with Nissan CS, they said that since I already have dock installed, it's too late..

So you had the dock installed through Nissan and AV, then they tell you you might qualify for a free install, so you call and it is too late.
Is Nissan just trying to torture you?
