Hello! I just bought a used 2013 Nissan Leaf S with QC through carvana for $7500. I have 7 days to test drive the car. What should I look for? This will be a second car for me so I want to make sure I'm getting a good deal and that it will last me a couple years and then I will probably sell it. Any tips or things to looks for since this car is used, recently off lease? Any idea what the value of this vehicle will be in around 2 years?? Thanks!

Can you update your location info via your user name in the upper right > User Control Panel > Profile tab? That way, we don't need to ask in future posts/threads or do sleuthing to deduce it.

What are your daily driving needs in terms of miles? How much city vs. highway? Will you have the ability to charge at your work/destinations?

How many capacity bars are there (the thin bars all the way on the right? (not the "fuel gauge" bars) http://www.electricvehiclewiki.com/File:Scott_3_bars_s.jpg shows a car 3 capacity bars down out of 12.

Where did the car previously reside per Carfax and/or Autocheck? What's the build month on the car? It can be found on the driver's side door sticker.

I would run Leaf Spy on it w/the proper OBD2 dongle and report these:
Ahr, SOH, Hx, odo

Make sure the odo reading via LeafSpy is within a mile or of the dash display. http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?p=487977#p487977 were some of my recent readings.

Do you know for sure you have the quick charge inlet?

This is very important with 2013 Leafs, especially in any climate that isn't considered "cold" or "cool." Leafs built January through March of 2013 have the older battery chemistry, and will lose multiple capacity bars (meaning a lot of capacity), especially in warm or hot areas. So you don't want one of those for your planned use and resale, unless, possibly, it's already lost 3 or 4 bars.

Check out this thread: http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=19362 for the wholesale auction prices of 2013 LEAFs. It is updated every couple of months.
