Passenger Seat - something poking out

I noticed today that in my passenger front seat that I can feel and see something poking out as seen in the picture below:

It feels maybe circular like maybe a clip has come disconnected or something like that. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to fix it without tearing apart the seat?

PS - I promise that the seats aren't as dirty as it looks LOL. Really, I used a flash and... previous owner and... well, just LOL.

Likely clip or multiple folded part of seat fabric.
If you can't tuck it away with heavy pushing, it is not possible to solve without
removing the cushion (which isn't extremely hard to do).

In case you leave it for years, this will be the first place to make a hole, as
fabric above that poking place will rub passenger much faster :lol:
