Shocker. . . My Nissan Connect EV hasn't been connecting to my 2015 LEAF since this past Saturday. I called yesterday and was asked to drill down to the "Unit ID Information" under CarWings and supply them with the digits. Well aside from the Unit ID, I had no numbers. The rep said well there's your problem right there. And that I'll need to take it into Nissan to have them pull it and reset it. I have an appointment tomorrow morning.
Has anyone ever done this before? Anything I need to know to tell my local Nissan as I'm guessing they won't know what I'm talking about. And yes, I've had problems since the TCU was replaced a year or so ago. Have replaced the 12-Volt battery twice now.
