'13 Leaf SV w/QC + LED & premium packages (lease over, car returned)

Please don't PM me with Leaf questions. Just post in the topic that seems most appropriate.

They are not very forthcoming when you are trying to file a lawsuit.

Good luck... Looks like you bought the car used, which will make it more difficult...

My issue stems from my vehicle being damaged while at the dealership for the telematics update and it taking them 5 weeks to repair the damage. My contention is that 5 weeks it was off the road caused me to miss the under warranty battery replacement. The 4th bar dropped a week after the end of my warranty period. The LeafSpy numbers didn't change during the 5 weeks they had the car, but otherwise have consistently dropped each month with the 1250 to 1500 miles I drive each month. They can't tell me how the car was damaged like that, and why it took 5 weeks to repair. It's an early 2013 build that still has the canary pack.

Exactly why I hate signing the waiver when taking it in for "annual battery check" etc.
The last time I didn't sign, they called the shuttle driver on the way home and refused the vehicle on the lot until I sign :x
Refused to perform warranty or any other work while on the lot without it.
I went back and took a bunch of pictures and caved, because I didn't have time to drive 180 kM to the next stealership that was't associated with this "auto group"
