I'm trying to gain access to the area behind the front lower grill under the license plate, but when I removed the cover under the engine bay, I found some thick plastic thing/reinforcement between the front bumper and front crossmember. I removed all the bolts and clips I can see, but the thing is totally stuck anyway. Did the same to a '13 Leaf and it didn't have this thing.
