Fog lamp lens

Hello. I recently purchased a used 2015 leaf sv. I'm loving it. However the other day I noticed the lens covering my passenger side fog light was broke. I was wondering if anyone had a line on how I could buy a replacement lens or if necessary a new lamp. I'm not enough of a car person to phrase my Google searches correctly.

You can buy the whole lamp at a dealer, but they do not sell just the glass lens. There is a thread in the accessories/modifications section about replacing the stock fog lights with JW Speaker 6145 LED fog lights with polycarbonate lenses designed for Jeep Wranglers. I purchased two of the chrome bezel version lights because both originals were broken, but have not yet installed them. The cost was less than purchasing originals from a Nissan dealer.
