I had taken my 2013 Leaf in for a recall. A few weeks after I got it back and the cooler temperatures were setting in, I noticed that there is a buzz that gets louder as I increase the fan speed. It can be heard outside the car and is very annoying when running the fan at high speed for window defogging.
Did the dealer screw up the cabin air filter box, or leave it only partially attached?
