How to set end-only charge timer on 2018SV

I've been through the screens half a dozen times, and can't find any way to disable the "start time" field. Its setting interface won't accept anything but a valid time of day, and nothing gets it to the "***" that I remember (hopefully not delusionally) as being part of the 2011..2016 leaf interfaces. I tried pressing-and-holding the "OK" button in case it would act like the trip odometer selector, but no dice.

The only way I could figure for getting the behavior I wanted was to set the start time very soon before the end time (like half an hour, say), and then turn on the "Full Charge has Priority" feature. Is that really the only way to get "end time only" behavior?
