Posting for reference for others, saw one other post which looked similar.

My windscreen developed a medium sized leak, was greeted to a puddle on the passenger floor after 12h of heavy rain. It seemed to originate from the A-pillar

After removing trim, I could look into the windscreen mount and splash water on the windshield, and see where it drips. Bingo

I then started with drying it out

Applied lots of clear silicone, let's see if it holds. If not, the windscreen needs to be resealed. Fingers crossed for an easy fix :)

Anyone else had a similar issue?

Not with a leaf, but with other cars. I think I eventually managed to seal my old Volvo 122S with an ugly multiple application of silicone goop, but my two Civics leaked until I sold them. I wish you better luck.

If you can pour water on and watch it leak through, maybe you can do the same with clear silicone, after heating it slightly.
