CarWings not sending e-mail notification

I have configured to send e-mail for all activities (selected in vehicle profile in the owner's portal).
Have CW configured to send charging status to the server as well as provide "forgot to plug in" message after 5 min (cofigured in CW setting in the LEAF).
CW configued to auto add charging locations (configured in CW settings in LEAF)

Only e-mails we are getting is notification that status update has been requested and happened. No plug in messages,charging complete, or interupted essages.

CW shows my charger location
I have timer set for 80% charge
CW is providing status when requested
CW is sending trip information daily (delayed up to 2 days)

What am I missing :?: thanks

Carwings is having problems communicating and yhou may need an update "TB-11-041"....

I go in on Sept. 1st to get my Leaf updated so it can receive and send the telemetrics :roll:
