Don't want to talk you out of it, but all they are probably going to do is get the same measurements you get out of LEAFSpy and then requote you the warranty terms (5 years, 60K miles, 4 bars).
If, as you suspect, you are losing bars at a faster rate than you should, then you will no doubt lose your 4th bar before those limits expire, at which time (and only at which time) they would replace your battery. I doubt they would do anything beforehand due to a suspected failure.
Having said that, you should probably check the full battery cell display. LEAFSpy will indicate weak cells (plus they will be pretty obvious in the graph. If you do have a small number of cells that are way below the voltage of the others, then that is at least something you could discuss with them.
