I suspect that the car sat for awhile not be used and battery improved after being used for normal operation.

800 miles in two months is still pretty low usage but still good to see your numbers improving

looks like you have enough QCs to provide some info.

How often have you quick charged 2 or more times per day?

what is generally the highest temp you see on one QC? 2?

what is your normal ambient temp range you see in day to day driving before the QC event?

Very rare for me to QC more than once a day. Hardly QC at all really.

Have never seen more than 7 temperature bars.

Tend to QC more in winter, so temps are lower. Rarely in the 90s here.

Don't think I've ever gone over 200 miles in one day. At most 3 QCs in one day, maybe 4, but short sessions, 15-20 minutes mostly.

Yeah pretty much the same as me. With the quick power ramp down on the 24 kwh batteries, I too also rarely charged more than 15-20 mins as well. This meant relatively low SOCs from QCing (generally in the low 70's)

But the 30 kwh LEAF is like a completely different car. Its so easy to do 200 miles. I averaged nearly 110 miles a day in May that included 11 days where I drove less than 25 miles.

Took a reading last weekend on 6/18. Our Leaf is now 2 and 1/2 years old and going through it's third hot, Georgia summer. All things considered the battery is holding up well at 92% SOH. I bought the lease out in April b/c of the fairly ridiculous deal NMAC offered. As long as range holds up at 80% or more over the next 4 years the Leaf will have served us well. And who knows, maybe a replacement pack (30 kWh anyone?) will be available by then at a reasonable price!

Mileage 27,329
GIDs 270
kWh 20.9
SOC 97.3
SOH 92
Hx 87.64
AHr 57.34
Avg Temp 82.9
# QCs 51
GOM at full 96 miles

Looks like you're doing pretty good for GA.

Great stats!
is the average temp just the 24/7 average for your area? Cause that is HOT!

Thanks Dave. That's the average temp from Leaf Spy, so I'm assuming it is the battery temp (not the air temp) but don't really know over what period of time. As you said though, pretty hot. I'm guessing the battery temp in your neck of the woods doesn't typically get that high. :D
