Link to video showing tear down of the motor unit (including PDU):https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GG3QRPGlPc
NOTE if you want to take apart the PDU here is a much easier way to do it than what the Nissan Manual says:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KO_bNsozcc8
When using this method to open the PDU, you could use the Hillman M6-1.00 x 35 mm bolts from Lowes. They have the correct thread and length to help you pop the seal. Put 2 in at a time (there are 4 locations that work) to crack one side. Then use a pry bar to hold that open while you move them to the other side to pop it open.
When installing or removing the cover, take care not to hit the circuit board as indicated in the Nissan service manual.
Also, when re-assembling the PDU for use don't forget to remove the old gasket with plastic tools (you need to avoid metal shavings). Plastic razor blades might work.
Finally you will need to apply a new bead of the 1217H Liquid Gasket from Nissan.
