Anyone lose Carwings communication this week?

I have been successfully using the Nissan iOS app along with some other third party apps since I bought the car new without issue. I also had the telematics unit upgraded in December. I use it frequently to heat or cool the car before a trip. Suddenly early this week, it no longer worked with any app or web. I can initiate a link out from the car and also did a login function and received the activated message imply that the car works. So was curious if it's just me or an overall Nissan problem.

I also had the outage from the web page earlier in the week, everything with the TCU
seemed to be working(it was reporting my driving history).
I had a call in to Nissan, they were about to escalate it, when suddenly it worked
again.
 
Mine went down early this week, then back up, then down again yesterday. I already spoke to Nissan EV three times, but I'm sure they are lost.
