A Nissan dealer in Conyers GA told me that he may be able to improve my range on my 2012 Leaf with a software upgrade and draining the battery to 0% and using a special charging method. The cost would be about $900. Sounds like BS to me. Has anyone else heard of this and has it worked for you? With a winter range of about 48 miles, I will need to do something soon.

I read that too, that new Nissans and Bolts will have the ability to do remote software updates just like the Tesla cars.
