How to tell if battery has heating elements?

So, is there any way to easily see if your Leaf is equipped with the 300W battery heating element?

For reference, here's a picture of my battery pack (2015 24kW)

Can it be the white plates on the top of the bottom stack? But what about the front?

Thank you! This confirmed my suspicions , and I can now sleep better knowing the pack has the heaters :)
