I knew I wasn't crazy when I saw the sensor not go out while my wife was still in the seat. Usually turning the car off and on fixes it, but hey, I shouldn't have to do that.
Also, my VIN does NOT come up on Nissan's search tool, nor on the NHTSA search tool, but the Part 573 Safety Recall Report there (which you can find with the Year, Make, Model search) says "This is preliminary information. Nissan is in the process of specifically identifying and confirming the affected population and will supplement the manufacturing range information when it is finalized."
