Strange "scratching" sound coming from exterior

Hello,

Separate from the high pitched hum my LEAF emits, I hear a strange scratching sound that goes faster with speed.

Dealer couldn't hear it, neither could my wife -- until I recorded it.

Any ideas what that scratching sound is?

Too much wind noise, I couldn't tell what sound I needed to focus on. Can you make a recording with the windows up or is this sound coming from the outside?
