I have a 2015 Leaf charging cable upgraded by EVSE Upgrade that I'd like to trade for factory provided cable. I also have the 120v adapter for charging on standard outlets. The cable has worked flawlessly.

I am in the Atlanta, GA located near Stone Mountain, and looking to trade locally only.

Reply to this post or send me a PM if interested.

Not local, but have a '13 factory cable that I would trade. Would pay shipping for both too if interested

Yes, it is related to lease. I am returning my car tomorrow. I did not want any issues with the dealership regarding the upgrade. For the same reason, I wanted to trade locally because of the time frame.

***Edit on 9/15 -- sorry, my cord is no longer available***

I have an upgraded cord from EVSEUpgrade.com that I'm looking to trade out for a factory standard cord. (Turning in my leased Leaf).

PM me if interested --

I am more than happy to send tons of pictures and to send you a screenshot of my invoice from EVSEUpgrade so that you're sure of what you're getting.

It's the type that has an adapter on the end, so you can unplug mine and get a separate adapter to suit your needs if needed.

I'm in the Atlanta area and would like to trade locally if possible, or if you're not nearby we can talk shipping. I don't need to turn in until beginning of October 2016.

Thanks,
Kim

I have an EVSE Upgrade cable available for trade. I have used it with my 2013 Leaf S since September 2013. And I am about to return my Leaf to the dealer this month. It should be face-to-face exchange in southern California, preferably in Orange County. I can be reached at viethoc at gmail dot com. Thank you for your interest.

URGENT! I have an evse upgraded charge cable from our 2012 and am tuning it into Nissan today. I am in Orange County, CA and if someone calls or texts me within the next couple hours they can have it in swap for $50. Cell is 949 nine for five eighty three sixty seven. Call me fast or it will be gone and I hate to see nissan get it!

Will nissan take back an upgraded one?
More than likely they won't notice it's been upgraded, but you won't get any more for it and the person who eventually gets it may not even know/care it's L2 usable.
It's nice when people offer the upgraded ones for trade or a smallish upgrade fee. Unfortunately since most people prefer to not ship their EVSE, you kind of have to be near the person wanting to trade, and while my '12 came from OC, I live nowhere near it ;)

Wish I had seen this yesterday.

I am in the Inland Empire, but could have possibly made it happen.
Win some, loose some.

When I turned in my 2012 Leaf it had an OpenEVSE 16A 240V and 12A 120V EVSE. I think the dealer only checked that the bag was there. I had no problems with the turn in. It had a L6-20 and an adapter for 120V.

I carry an upgraded 16A OpenEVSE with me but I have never used it. The L1 table has been edited so that I could charge at 16A on a 20A circuit.
I sold the previous one with a faulty 120V adapter that I never tried. I exclusively charge at home with a 30A wall mounted OpenEVSE. My car has CCS but I see no need since charging at home fits my needs. The carry along unit is strictly for emergency use. The L1 unit that came with my car sits on a shelf that was never even plugged in. It will sit there until lease turn in.

Retired means no commute to work anymore. That alone shaved 40 miles a day from my mileage.

I am in need an OEM EVSE cable. I have an EVSE Upgrade cable available for trade plus some cash/obo. I have used it with my 2014 Leaf S since March 2014. And I am about to return my Leaf to the dealer in the next few days. I paid over $360 with multiple adapters (L6-20, L6-30, etc), and I can show you the email receipt from evseupgrade.com.

It should be a face-to-face exchange in SF bay area, preferably in San Jose or Fremont area. I can be reached at kylecchan at yahoo dot com. Thank you for your interest.

I would trade in a heartbeat if we were anywhere close. Unfortunately we are probably a couple days away by courier. We have a brand new in the bag NEVER USED EVSE in our 2016 SV. I'm sure this won't work for you but let me know if it does.

We are in Vernon British Columbia.

Thanks

John

If the inspector for the lease return does not notice it, it can still be billed at a later date. so trying to sneak it in is not advisable. Surprised so many wait until the last minute to say anything. I planned my exchange 2 weeks in advance and did the swap the day before I swapped cars.

I am looking for EVSE (220-240V/30A) upgrade to trade with my standard dealer-issued 120V cable + cash.
Anyone returning their lease Leaf in the Southern Calif area, contact me at rogdeleon at yahoo dot com.
